That's probably because you need to have the Hatch pattern definition file in order to make a change like that, or to draw any new Hatching in that pattern, etc. Hatches in things exported from Revit are not likely to have the same pattern names as those in your available .pat files. If it's a common-enough kind of pattern that it looks like one you do have, change it to that, and you should then be able to change the scale.

Thx Kent, just thought there is a faster way. I currently select the hatch and change it to another pattern on the list to be able to change the scale. It would have been much easier if I can keep to the original pattern received from other architects and just change the scale, but as per my attached screenshot, you will notice that the scale option isn't possible to edit.

Revit exports hatch patterns as custom PAT definitions with their own scale locked in. When you open them in AutoCAD, they don’t always respond to normal hatch scaling.
Type HATCHEDIT .... Click Pattern → pick a standard pattern (ANSI, ISO, etc.).
Now you’ll be able to scale it normally. Click on below image to see how you can successfully solve your issue.

Thx, is there a way to select multiple hatches, keep their patterns the same and not to have to change the existing patterns to Ansi (for instance) to only then be able to change the scale? Just looking for a faster solution. I do appreciate the advice given, but it is still cumbersome if one has at least 20 patterns in the existing dwg.

All what you have to do is just to select all those hatch Revit by Qselect or Selectsimilar commands then by one shot you can change them.
