tangentially.&nbsp; Move the lower group of concentric Circles down [or the upper group up] so that they do [red below].&nbsp; And you should have <EM>only one</EM> largest Circle, whose center needs to be not at the center of any of the other Circles, but <EM>halfway between</EM> the centers of the two sets of concentric Circles.</P> <P>[And investigate the Windows Snipping Tool or Snip &amp;
