Help me my teacher want us to print the plan in a 1:100 scale but if i put 1:100 scale all i can see is just the half of my plan, i apply all the things youtuber do but none of it works. PLS I NEED YOUR HELP

Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

Your issue will resolve if you make the viewport size bigger. as you can see in below image, the red rectangle is your viewport size for the plan. Get back to your drawing and resize your title sheet ( viewport) in a way to get all the plan in model space at scale 1/100.

Note:

If you don't mind .... when i turn on and thaw all layers i found that furniture come over your plans. So be careful while working to NOT lose your efforts.

Your plan is too large for an A3 sheet. You must use an A2 sheet to get your whole plan on.

AutoCAD does not use the whole drawing sheet size to set up the printing area. The edge margin is some 15mm all the way round, and then the title box is 40mm high. So the space left for your plan is reduced. You are not doing anything wrong, but you do not have a big enough sheet size set up.

Here are a couple of more options if your teacher's requirements must be 1:100 and on A3 paper size and still see the entire floor plan:

1) Use ISO A3 Full Bleed Page Size centering the current title block: which means a sheet without any margins and this is fine as a pdf but could only print without being cut off to printers that support edge to edge printing:

2) Use ISO A3 Expanded paper size & a different title block: which is setup with a smaller margin and now that the title information is on the right column there's more space to show the dimensions on top & bottom of the plan:

Thanks sir, this is the example layout my teacher want us to follow that has 4 viewpoint compose of floor plan for Electrical, power and etc.

Sir good day, I see that my plan is in a scale of 1:200 because if I use annotated text on a 1:200 it is in right big, and if I use the scale 1:200 on the layout side it is in right size to view the whole plan.

Your pdf example does contain A3 paper size sheets and here's an example showing 4 plans on the same sheet labelled as 1:100 scale:

But the scale is not 1:100

I've attached the same page from the pdf into your layout drawing and I purposely showed your floor plan stairs.

Your stair width measures at 2.36m

The pdf car stall width shows 2.6m but that is still smaller than your stair width:

So you should inform your teacher that the pdf A3 sheet example showing 1:100 scale is not correct.

The way to get 4 plans to fit on 1:100 scale is to use A1 Expanded size sheet:

I also purposely positioned in paper space a graphics scale to show that the vport is properly scaled:

You said in your first original post that your teacher wants from you to print the plan in a 1:100 scale. That's why we started giving you answers based on that. Let's focus together on your main need and get it resolved, then move on to other issues so that everyone's efforts are not wasted.😉
