Hi and Welcome to AutoCAD Forum,

If the data was imported (pasted) or the table was created as static text instead of a linked data table, AutoCAD will not consider it a data link. Only true Data Links (created via Datalink or the "Link to Excel" option) are recognized.

If the Excel file is on a network drive or cloud service and AutoCAD cannot copy it (permissions issue), it will not include it.

Run DATALINK or open Data Link Manager and make sure the Excel file is actually linked (not embedded) and the path is valid ( full path (absolute) ).

I am working on a project and have reached an internal coordination submission. My team lead wants to have excel files included in the etransmit for backup purposes. However, even with the include files from data links box checked, the files don't show up in the etransmit. Can anyone provide some insight as to why this is the case?

Thanks for this, I had tried running the data link manager and nothing showed up, but when going to import the excel file I have linked I can only do one sheet at a time, is it possible to link the complete excel file?
