I have reinstalled many times with antivirus software turned off and also repaired many times, but none of them could solve the problem.

@164624750 is the problem limits to one or a few files from a single source?
Or does this happen in all of your files, even if you start a new one?

EwInitApp is likely a 3rd party app the file really needs for you to see it's content,
or is an add-on you removed and did not load correctly in your 2022AutoCAD.

How to solve: I don't know about this application, so I can not know how to solve it.

Generally:

v1 - Sender/Creator should export the file as plain AutoCAD file (if this option is availalbe)

v2 - Install the ObjectEnabler (if available)

v3 - You can try to create a new file by using WBLOCK entire drawing or WBLOCK object selection,

if it works, doublecheck that all objects are in the new file too.
