How to copy a view port generated by base view to another file

Hello every one,

I am desperately in need of the following:

I have been trying to copy a projected, detailed or section view generated by base view with all the dimensions and notes from one layout to another one in same file or different one and have not had any success.

Is this actually an option or a future in AutoCad 2022?

I need this option to generate details from all the parts in a drawing into another sheet which can cover most of the details.
