AcBrowserHost.exe CPU issue on WinXP

For some reason, the AcBrowserHost process is averaging 24% of my CPU when AutoCAD is idle on Windows XP SP3. See attached performance log. I've tried uninstalling all Internet connectivity options and the problem continues.

Has anyone else seen this behavior?

I tried installing to a non-development PC, also with WinXP, and did not find any CPU issues. The steps for the second installation are shown below. Steps 2.1, 2.2 and 2.3 were the reason I started uninstalling components. AutoCAD shouldn't be leaving residual processes running after it is closed down.

My developement PC has multiple versions of Visual Studio and SQL Server on it, so that may be contributing to the original CPU problem.

AutoCAD 2013 is installed with a Typical configuration minus Inventor Fusion
AutoCAD 2013 is started and closed
1. Connect.Service.ContentService.exe continues to run
2. AdSync.exe, originally an acad.exe child process, continues to run, now as a parent process
3. AcCloudManager.exe, originally an acad.exe child process, continues to run, now as a parent process
AdSync.exe runs overnight and shows it is consuming 700+ MB of RAM
Autodesk Content Service is uninstalled using Add or Remove Programs
AutoCAD 2013 is started and closed
1. AcCloudManager.exe, originally an acad.exe child process, continues to run, now as a parent process
Using Add or Remove Features for AutoCAD 2013:
1. Deselected Autodesk Seek
2. Deselected Autodesk 360 for AutoCAD
3. Deselected Autodesk Content Explorer
4. Updated AutoCAD installation
Restarted PC
AutoCAD 2013 is started; runs normally with AcBrowserHost.exe as a child process, also running normally
AutoCAD is closed with no residual processes
Autodesk Sync is uninstalled
AutoCAD 2013 is started; runs normally with AcBrowserHost.exe as a child process, also running normally
AutoCAD is closed with no residual processes

Using System Information I exported Services detail from both PCs running WinXP, then compared the Services in Excel. One difference I noticed was that Peer-to-Peer Networking was not installed on the PC that was behaving properly.

So I uninstalled Peer-to-Peer Networking using Add/Remove Windows Components (under Details in the Networking Services section). After restarting AutoCAD 2013, performance returned to expected values on the PC with the original issue as shown in the attached Excel file.
