    <description>Double-clicking the double-arows over MTEXT 'resets' the Ruler to better fit the text already in place (vertically and horizontally). Whether there is a mask or not it's a great tool to "fix" mtext boxes that have been manually moved around: the mask feature just happens to follow the ruler settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In 2012, I cannot replicate your double-arrow-shrinking effect while testing a dozen mtexts in a file I have open.</description>
