Filet Edge command will not accept on 3d object

I using AutoCAD 2014 and I have a problem with Edge Fillet command. I need to round the edge of on 3D objects and Fillet Edge command works only on some edges and some will not. In the pictures you can see my example. Could that be how to solve this?

Can you attach the *.dwg file here?

Did you save the construction geometry (delobj=0)?

Do you have tangent continuous curves (the construction geometry will answer that question).

Due to the existing fillet, there is no way to blend the selected edge. In the instance, you'd have to use the Chain option within the FILLET (or FILLETEDGE) command to specify additional edges to blend. More --> LINK

I try to attach file .dwg but not, eject error: the contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type.

May delobj option is set to 0. I'm afraid I do not understand the second question, I am still a beginner.
