    <description>&lt;P&gt;Instead of creating a complicated icon menu, try to create a toolpalette which is very easy to access and use:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Open "designcenter" by typing "adcenter" or pressing ctrl+2&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Navigate to your standard drawing which have the block library(Or the folder which have the standard drawings)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Right click on the drawing/folder and choose "Create tool Palette"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://cadtipsandtrick.blogspot.in/2014/04/create-autocad-block-librarytool.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://cadtipsandtrick.blogspot.in/2014/04/create-autocad-block-librarytool.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
