When we use the Layer States Manager it (seemingly) randomly selects extra layers to manipulate and/or it turns off items in Paperspace (such as the title block Xref or drawing titles) even when you clearly have a viewport active. Sometimes it will change all viewports to the new Layer State.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Everything works perfectly in this exact same DWG file when it is opened on a different machine. Both machines are using AutoCAD 2015.
