Text is different size when opening file on different computers

My girlfriend is working on a file on her computer that she received from someone. The text is outside the text box on her computer, but when I open the file on my computer, it is proper. See attached.

Is there a setting that can be causing this to happen?

She is using Autocad 2024 and I'm on Autocad 2023

It looks like she is missing a font that you have. Install the font on her computer.

@kdacostaZZD8D May I ask, are you not seeing that a different font is being used

By chance did the other person ignore, or worse, permanently turn off this alert from AutoCAD that comes up with fonts are missing or being substituted? All of those dismissed alerts can be turned back on in OPTIONS over here

By chance, when opening the drawing, did she see the message below (unless, of course, as @pendean stated, she turned it off))? If so, then you have the font on your computer, but her system does not. It's probably a custom font and, maybe you have been using it for sometime, but it's not native to AutoCAD. You can copy it off your computer and place it on hers to resolve this issue.

Well that's the ticket! Silly me, I didn't notice that it was a different font. Much appreciate!
