topic DXEs Attached as xRefs in a Drawing in AutoCAD Forum https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/dxes-attached-as-xrefs-in-a-drawing/m-p/5505253#M340304 Hi All,   We have been using data extractions for some years now but today I saw something that I don't understand.   When I opened a drawing I got a "References - Unresolved reference Files" and I picked the "Update the location..." option and the External References Manager opened listing a dxe file with the status of "Not Found"   Any idea what caused this? I don't even know how to attach a dxe type file to a drawing. I suspect extracted data from another drawing was used to populate a table but it seems that would have attached a csv or xls file.   Any suggestions?   TIA,   Sal Thu, 12 Feb 2015 17:54:37 GMT sbrusco 2015-02-12T17:54:37Z
