Revolved 3dsolid is incorrect

In autoCAD 2015 when doing a revolved 3dsolid, a 180 degree revolve gives around .001 degrees more.

AutoCAD 2013 does not have this problem. Is this a known bug?

please upload a drawing that shows this incorrect angle plus let us know which service pack you have installed for your AutoCAD 2013.

See attached file. AutoCAD 2015 is sp 2, 2013 is also sp 2. When I put a revolve from 2015 into 2013 and adjust the revolved angle it becomes accurate. When I go the other way, it becomes inaccurate. Makes no difference the distance from 0,0.

Hi,

sorry to say, I can reproduce the issue, but I can't find an explanation to that phenomena.

At least it looks like a problem of the ending face (the vertical rectangle on the opposite side/the end of the revolved object) as this face does not point exactly to the center of revolution.

I would forward this to the Autodesk support and mark it as defect.
