    <description>&lt;P&gt;First thing I notice is that your geometry is a very long distance from 0,0,0.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I (almost) never rely on AutoCAD to align my sweep profile to the path - I always use the UCS ZA O option to set my sketch plane perpendicular to the start of the path before creating the profile. (especially when far from 0,0,0)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I also notice that you change sharp angles in direction along the path rather than bending around radius.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will result in change of profile.&amp;nbsp; (harder to see with small cylinder, but easy to demonstrate with a profile like Angle Iron)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
