The best mouse I can find that's left-handed (which is very difficult to find, especially wireless). I was using a very nice right-handed mouse (with my left hand) for about a year, then I began to develop hand and wrist problems.

I searched all over for a wireless lefty mouse with no luck. I finally emailed someone at logitech to ask about one of their products (it was shown in a photo as a lefty mouse, but in reality was a right mouse on the product page). The person who replied back to me was also a lefty and said they don't offer lefty mice, but they do have a neutral-handed mouse, the M510. I've been using that for about 4 months and love it. Gone also are the hand / wrist problems I was beginning to experience.
