Need help installing!

Need help installing AutoCad 2015. I am running the DVD install on a Windows 7 Pro HP 9470m device, with local admin rights.

I have attach the dump file that gets created after the failed install. Install works on a fresh image device. Hoping to isolating the issue to a software that is installed on the device. User has AutoCad 2008 on the device mot sure if a side by side install of AutoCad 2008 and AutoCad 2015 will even work. I changed the dump file extenstion from .dmp to .txt to attach to post

Could you upload the log file please from the failed install?

Duncan,

There was no install log to be found in both %Temp% or Windows\Temp.

After looking further into the issues, I started removing software that the user did not recognized or claimed was not installed directly by the user. I ended up removing Lenovo docking station driver that "somehow" got installed on a HP laptop. Removed the un needed drivers, restarted the PC and the AutoCad 2015 install completed.

I've seen similar issues like this before but without having access to the machine or physically seeing the setup of the machine and workstation its hard to define if thats the case.
