&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;in the meantime I have tried your testfiles with&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Windows 8.1 / Adobe Reader XI /&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Windows 7 / Adobe Acrobat Pro Extended 9&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In both cases AutoCAD is opened when activating the hyperlink.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Your screenshot looks equal to mine (except of the language, and except of the ":" after my drive letter, but I guess that does not mean anything).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next verification: what happens when you double click a DWG file in Windows explorer ... and does it make a difference if AutoCAD is already started or not (also when using the hyperlink in PDF)?&lt;/P&gt;
