Viewport scaling realtime View

In my Autocad 2015 when selecting a viewport scale.........scrolling down the list, my drawing would realtime change

as I scrolled down the list.

My 2016 does not do this.

Is there a setting to make this heppen ? Or has this been removed ?

To be clear, this is a viewport window in a paperspace layout? and which exact scrolling menu?

It's doesn't do that in R2015 or R2016 here inside a viewport in paperspace using the viewport scale list at the bottom of the screen or in PROPERTIES.

Dean,

I have no way of making a video..........So here's a screen shot from my Autocad 2015.

When I select a viewport (In Paper space) and select "Properties"

I can go down to scales. Open the list of standard scales. As I go down the list, the viewport screen will

self adjust (Real Time) reflecting what that scale would look like.

There must be a setting that allows this to happen.

This was the first year I did not migrate my settings from the prevouse year.

So I'm thinking there must have been a setting in 2015 that now is not set correct in 2016

It is the propertypreview sysvariable that controls it. Set it to 1 to turn it on.
