Does this mean anything to anyone?

I have hardware acceleration turned on and wondering if my graphics card can handle it.

I notice that the "virtual device" Dx11 "the card and driver does not meet the minimimum requirement". Thought DX11 was pretty standard fare so not following.

I do notice that microsoft has some updates to DX11 and wondering if I should install.... at the possible expense of some other issues.

Actually started with AutoCAD 2022 it’s been DirectX 12:

DirectX 12 with Feature Level 12_0 is required for Shaded(Fast) and Shaded with edges(Fast) visual styles.

I'll take your word on that one. So how could that affect performance?

OK. Thanks for that.

Have been told by some on here that my updates are out of date. Went out to update but apparently I'm no longer supported (2020). Any idea how I can get the latest update for 2020? Concerned about 3rd party websites and viruses and such.

Even if you’re on subscription Autodesk only allows you to access up to 3 versions back. Since 2020 is more than 3, you may encounter update problems. But on second thought since 2020 is not that far back, you can actually submit a request to Autodesk to use even older than that well at least 2020 is not that old. But if you’re not on subscription then all bets are off.
