disable screen menu while in polyline command and going to ortho mode

When the polyline command is activated I get an extra screen popup when I go in ortho mode and I cannot find how to disable that. lol, press F8 solves it but that is not the answer obviously.

This should popup also when you are drawing using the Line command. Do you want to disable this popup for all commands?

indeed! Unnecassary visual input -> Less=More.

The stuff that is turned ON by default keeps growing like a disease

You can disable all of that in all commands by turning off dynamic input -- F12 key.
