    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Steve, Unfortunately, that was not the case. &amp;nbsp;If it helps, our steps for changing the scale are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. In paper space, select the viewport, change the scale using the list on the toolbar at the bottom of the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Go to Model Space, change the scale in that same toolbar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At that time, all the text that was previously sized for 1:10 is now sized for the new scale (1:40, etc.). &amp;nbsp;To double check your suspicion, I looked at the list of scales for the dimensions and it still had the original 1:10 and the new 1:40. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It seems like there should be a property in the Dimension Style options that would say something to the effect of "distance from dimension line to object" that can be made annotative, just as the text size is. &amp;nbsp;As it is right now, that distance is fixed and does not adjust for text size. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again for your help!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
