    <description>&lt;P&gt;Could you post a drawing giving us a more visual description, and showing before and after if possible, as a starting point for you to try, there is both the divide and measure commands that will let you place blocks along an object (line,polyline, etc) and it gives you the option to align the blocks (at least the base of the block), but this is going to depend on your needs.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
