&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;everytime you start AutoCAD or everytime after you logged out of Windows?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In first case I guess you don't have enough permissions to save the AutoCAD profile settings (or a security software blocks these settings to be saved).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In second case I guess you have server based Windows profiles and the synchronization is limited.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;First try: create a new user on your workstation with admin-permissions, login with that user account, start AutoCAD and verify if this user account can save these settings.&lt;/P&gt;
