Hi guys.

I have applied the dwg file. That is the back of my pc monitor and monitor stand and I want to union all the objects. However, I cant, and I dont know why.

The pink and the green object are in an union but separate ones and no matter what I do, I cant union them together.

I could make my life easier and just group them, but at this point I would like to learn about this problem so that I can solve it myself later on in the future.

Round corners are made with loft on guides, after region ofcourse.

If you need any more info, just let me know.

Thank you,

Antonio

When I run the List command I get Solids, Surface and Regions.

Try hiding the solids on a separate layer.

Use the Surfsculpt command to "stitch" together the surfaces and regions into solids.

Unhide the solids and try again.

or, if you just want to get it done - surfsculpt and window select that which you wish to solidify.

Post back if you need a step-by-step video.

I needed just that what you said will help - SURFSCULPT and window choose the objects that I want unioned, and now the object is in one piece.

Thank you for your help,

You attached a .jpg therefore no one here can make it a solid

Union command doesn't make 3d solid, it combines.
