I have no idea what the issue is and have been searching all over the internet and trying the different possible solutions I have found.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>My question about remote access was poorly worded. What I meant was does AutoCAD offer any kind of service to remote onto a user's PC and troubleshoot the issue. Someone who knows the software will probably fare better than I have been.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I'm lost as to what else I can do aside from uninstalling and reinstalling.
