Lisp issue in 2015 and 2016

We've noticed issues with 2 lisp commands since using 2015 and 2016.

Two commands a section cut and a detail cut both still work but a dialog

box opens after we've added the section number and sheet number.

This was not an issue in previous versions. Below is screen grab showing dialog box.

I'm ot sure if the fix is in the macro, or lisp file itself. Any help would be appreciated, I'm not

that lisp proficient.

Try changing ATTDIA to 0 and that should solve it.
