https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-forum/2014-raster-design-doesn-t-work/m-p/5736396#M320174 OK then, ignore what I'm adding to the mix...went back even further and the issue I am referring to is 2014 versions...with the PDSU 2014 that was installed, it came with Raster but the only option I had was to load it into Acad Mech. Plain Acad 2014 is missing Raster to this day suggesting I never found a way to enable there. Just consider that if Acad and Raster were not installed from the same suite, ie, one was in a suite and the other wasn't - then it may not work.
