&lt;P&gt;first you can use the COM-based components as well in C# as you used them in VBA&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In managed access you can look into the namespace &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;Autodesk.AutoCAD.EditorInput&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; and there you find &lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;.SelectImplied&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt; (what is currently within your Pickfirst-SelectionSet) or the function &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;.SetImpliedSelection&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; (which set's some objects you like to make them selected/gripped).&lt;/P&gt;
