    <description>&lt;P&gt;i did that didn't worked&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but today i fixed it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is in windows 8.1 settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;here is the advice i found for anyone who may have this issue in the futrue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;For whatever reason, Windows 8.1 has preconfigured mouse settings which conflict with whatever mouse and touchpad drivers you have installed. These settings can be accessed via "PC Settings". Open up the charms bar, go to "Settings", then click "Change PC Settings". Within "PC Settings", click "PC and devices". Click "Mouse and touchpad", and under the header "Touchpad" using the dropdown menu, select "No delay (always on)! I hope this helps all of you. I don't know why they put the settings in 2 places...&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
