Hi,

welcome @Anonymous.autodesk.com!

>> is there incompatibility issue with windows 8.1?

...in relation to which AutoCAD release?

AutoCAD 2010 isn't supported on Windows 8.1

But as long as AutoCAD itself works I would see the source of the issue more at the mouse hardware or driver or driver settings (especially when a mouse has more buttons than a human has fingers there are a lot of config options).

I would suggest: get another mouse (another type/vendor) and try that.

Good luck, - alfred -
