With just AutoCAD this is how you can do it. If interested in alternatives contact me for a 3rd party app solution.

The method I using now is convert one by one then merge the pdf afterward.

The method layout also need to setup one by one. The method of page setup also the same way setup one by one.

if only few drawings then still can use these method but if got plenty of them! Is that any others methods easier ?

Each of those can also be a NAMED VIEW, then with a SCRIPT you write you can automate that one DWG file's PDF output for the rest of eternity. Repeat for every other DWG. Tip: if you only ever have five in a DWG file, using the same NAMED VIEW names will help automate other DWG files.

You can also use NAMED VIEW names can be used to create layouts for each as well. Then you can use PUBLISH command over and over and over again in that DWG file.
