topic Hatch objects changing in AutoCAD Forum

When I create a hatch object with lots of small corners a lot of the time the hatch will arbitrarily cut some of the corners. I use the hatch to get areas so I need them to be accurate. I create the hatches with regular old polylines that generally have a 3" width at a zero elevation. When I first create them they are fine but after a couple of regens or when I reopen the dwg the next day the corners will be gone. I generally use non-associative hatch objects but it has hapened with both types of hatch. I have attached a screenshot to help clarify.

Thanks

Dave
