      <description>&lt;P&gt;When it hit a snag like that, go to Windows Temp folder , empty it, reboot and try again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out this registry entry:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\Common Documents = C:\Users\Public\Documents&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:\Users\Public\Documents &amp;lt;- This folder did not exist.&amp;nbsp; Creating the folder made the installer work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error provided should be more descriptive.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
