Ribbons in a seperate window?

I am somewhat self taught in ACAD and I got used to the ribbons with the newer versions. I don't remember the commands so I do not enter them in the keyboard like a lot of experienced users. It is a pain to keep switching ribbons between Home (I stay there most) and Annotate and Insert and then when I switch to 3D, the Home is way different.

I have 2 monitors, so I guess my question is, is there a way to open another window on the second monitor and have multiple ribbons on the 2nd monitor? I am really new to 3D and I like to grab some of the 2D commands from the Home 2D ribbon, so I would like to have a custom ribbon set to choose on my 2nd monitor.

Customize your Workspace and check the Ribbons you want. Save (or save as) and set it as the current workspace. When done, right click on the Ribbons and undock. There you can arrange them however you want.

If you find yourself using certain panels in another tab, nothing stopping you from creating your own tab with the most frequently used panels on it. A "My Home", if you will.

Do you know that you can "tear" a panel and it will be floating? Let's say you want dimension panel from annotate tab floating. So you can stay at home tab and use dimension tool without changing tab.

You can place it anywhere on your screen. Just drag the panel name down.

And you can switch to other tab with shortkey. Press alt once then you'll see the shortkey for each tab.

@dgorsman suggestion to create your own to create your own tab will work well too.
