    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - i frequently have to check for matching between various designs of roadways and similar things.&amp;nbsp; I have to painstakingly zoom in then measure between the new and old drawing to see how well it matches, is there a more automatic way of testing for this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
