Batch Plotting wrong size

When I batch plot to PDF the output size comes out 30x42, but my set-up is clearly 24x36. I know this is fact because when I plot a single sheet it comes out correct. This problem only started when I got a new machine and loaded 2015 AutoCAD to it. Is there a toggle I am missing or a seclect button somewhere? I'm tired of cropping PDF's

Do you mean "PUBLISH" when you write "batch plot"?

If so which Page-Setup did you activate within the dialog?

You mention "your setup" ......

How did you set this up......did you use page set up manager?

When I "Publish" I select all sheet names, then change Page Setup from default which is our plotter to PDF.

So if you use page setup manager and you have a defined a page setup to plot to 24x36 and if you then publish using this page setup and it plots a different size, it seems that there is someting wrong with the page setup.

You say that you "change from default wich is our plotter to PDF".

Do you have more than one page setup defined in each drawing?

Make sure that your page set up is set "current" in the page setup manager.

P.s. there is no need to define a PDF plot setup in page setup manager.

I would define page setup to printers and plotters for whatever sizes you need to output.

Set the page setup you use the most as "current".

When using the publish command, in the upper left corner you can select your output to PDF or to Plotter Named in Page Setup.

Only 4 page setups total: Full size 24x36, 11x17, 8.5x11 and PDF 24x36

Yes, I know that but it will use the ACAD PDF drivers and the quality is not as good.

Ok...then all I can suggest is that you check the PDF application you're using.

Must be something there that results in the wrong size.

What PDF output are you using?

Hmmm, I not sure but I think Acrobat does not support large sheet sizes?

Maybe someone else can shed a light on this?
