&lt;P&gt;thank you for that info's. The screenshot was done with one click too much as that does not show the current servicepack, it should look like that:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What you can try now to verify if it has something to do with the AutoCAD profile: can you create a new WIndows user, login with that account and see if that happens within that context too?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; I have done all the service pack updates with Autodesk and they have no answer other than to blame microsoft.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What had you already tried when you had direct contact with Autodesk support?&lt;/P&gt;
