&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;&amp;gt;&amp;gt; I have done all the service pack updates&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Start command &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#000080"&gt;_ABOUT&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;, make a screenshot from that dialog (mask your serial before, if it's visible) and upload that screenshot.&lt;/P&gt;
