    <description>&lt;P&gt;The UCS was reset to World with no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Turns out the Units was set to inches (unknowingly)..should be feet. When the xref was inserted had to scale the xref by a factor of 0.083&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Well, if you put too many 3's in there it changes the the scale slightly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autocad was snapping to a coordinate in the xref, that was different then the coordinate in Model space, so it was not snapping to&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the object endpoint on screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
