    <description>&lt;P&gt;Here’s a process to copy the selected portion of an Excel worksheet to AutoCAD as lines for the grid and text for cell contents.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Format the Excel cell boundaries and contents as desired (line styles, merge cells, etc.).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Select the cells of interest in Excel.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In Power Point do a Paste Special as a Picture (Windows Metafile).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;“Save As” the Power Point slide as a Windows Meta File (.wmf).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;In AutoCAD &lt;U&gt;Import&lt;/U&gt; the .wmf file. This will yield a block which can be exploded and edited.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;~Lee&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
