Hello!!

I had a question, and hoping someone on here would be able to help me.

My coworker was working on a drawing, in which he had made a leader for tagging equipment throughout the drawing. Everything was fine, but then all of the sudden, the leader was not connecting to the arrowhead (the arrowhead we used for this case was a dot). So the dot is not connected to the line leading to the tag. The client does not like this, and we were wondering if there was a way to fix this. He went into the settings for the leader, and everything was normal.

I have provided a picture, for whom ever to see what the problem is..

How do we get the dots to reconnect to the whole tag?? PLEASE HELP! Thank you!!

Sincerely,

Amanda

After a quick look - I don't know either.
Is there a reason you are not using Mleaders, which can be configured to look like that too?

Thank you for your answer, We would still like to know why it seperated in the first place, and how to avoid that problem in the future... but atleast, we have a way to work around it.

Changing the arrowhead to "Small dot", and then increasing the size of the arrowhead(dot) to match the first setting, reconnected them. And then we used the match properties tool to apply it to the other 700 tags throughout the drawing with no problem.

Thanks again!!

The problem is your arrow size (DIMASZ) changed from 3 to 2

Click on 1 of the leader, see the arrow size, then go to Dimstyle, you changed it to 3

Keep switching it you have 2 different size of leader arrow.
