On a fully patched Acad 2016 on respectible hardware, the push pull command doesn't work consistently.

Sometimes only part of a face extrudes, & often flat faces refuse to extrude at all.

Very frustrating.

I never saw the sense in the whole push pull concept.

A certain competitors product that I used in the nineties used the stretch command in both 2D & 3D.

Made a lot of sense to me.

Okay, so I'm stuck with push pull.

So what are the rules for getting it to work reliably & consistently?
