Commands act crazy and can't delete lines

Hello,

When i select an object in autcad and i press for example ''M'' to move, i need to select it again and then press enter again, i've never had this before and it is really anyoing.

And when i for example select an line and i press ''Delete'' is just stay selected and does nothing, it is like me keyboard settings have adjust for some reason and now i can barely work with it.

I already thank u for your help.

change your PICKFIRST system var

Command: PICKFIRST

Enter new value for PICKFIRST <1>:
