create hatch from autocad point object

Maybe I have missed a command ... or maybe some clever soul has made a tool for this job ...

The images below should a whole lot of autocad point objects in a drawing.

When you zoom out ... it looks like a filled hatch.

Is there a command that creates hatch from point objects?

Or has somebody made a Tool to create a htach from point objects?

Not sure to understand you correct, are you looking for a hatch pattern looking like points. Yes there is one, the hatch pattern is called "DOTS".

No. I am looking for a command that generates a hatch from existing point objects. Or ... a command that will generate a boundary from existing point objects.

Ok, now I do understand the question.

What ideas I have to that:

if you have a GIS application you can do that using a buffer analysation ==> buffer around a point will be a circle, then running a union with all circles gives polygon(s)
If you have something like Civil 3D you can create a triangulation around the points (like for building a surface based on elevation points) and then take the outline of the surface.
