    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using Autocad Design Suite 2013 on Windows 7 enterprise 64 bits .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an issue when saving autocad files. This is the eror message that I have :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;FATAL ERROR: &amp;nbsp;Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0xbdf2edf8 Exception at e9c37bd9h&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have an idea how to fix thahat issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happens on 2 computers a least.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that there is no error message with Autocad LT 2014 on a&amp;nbsp;same computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a first diagnostic: disconnect your workstation from the network (all networks if there are more), disable antivirus software, and then create a new drawing based on an original AutoCAD template, draw a line and save that file onto the local drive. Do you now get the same exception?&lt;/P&gt;
