Tool bar choices and unknown icons

I have double menue bars and i am also showing clouds on some of my icons. Is there anyway to limit my toolbars and fix my cloud question mark issue?

Hi,

your AutoCAD (Civil 3D) profile seems to be defect, run the reset settings to default way as described >>>here<<<.

Let me know if you have the Suite installed (and so AutoCAD, as well as Map 3D and also Civil 3D), because it might be possible that there are additional steps necessary.

Hey Alfred,

Thanks for your response. I guess I have tried this before but when I do a wondow pops up and says, "Windows is searching for AdMigrator.exe. To locate the file yourself, click browse." I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and for some reason that hasn't worked because then i lose the toolspace option.
