Does basic(?) Autocad 2010 include Autocad 2010 Electrical or is Autocad 2010 Electrical a stand-alone download? Or, can the Electrical be integrated with the basic(?) Autocad 2010? Much Thanks, CNM.

No, AutoCAD Electrical is a stand-alone.

Basic AutoCAD does not include AutoCAD Electrical. AutoCAD Electrical has more than AutoCAD, It's basically AutoCAD with Electrical Tools. Notice the price difference in the following link: http://www.autodesk.com/products/autocad-electrical/compare-products

Do you already have these products (can't generally purchase or license old releases)?

For physical 3D layouts (not schematics) you might also look at Autodesk Inventor Professional - Routed Systems.
