Moving annotative text from model space to paper space

Hello all,

I am trying to move a bunch of annotative text from model space to paper space. I can cut and paste and "cheat" the scaling to get them to the correct size, but that will not pass review for our sub. Does anyone know if there is a way to move them from model to paper and have them set up to the correct text height (.125")?

Starting from paperspace, setup a viewport showing what you want to extract. Then use the CHSPACE command.
