FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0008 Exception at 36938f88h

Dear Support,

My autocad working fine with CadWorx Plant. But when i tried to open a specific cad file it stucks at 74% loading the file and gives me this error message. "FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0008 Exception at 36938f88h". While i tried to open other files. It opens normally.

Any solution regarding this.

Hello,

you mentioned this is an DWG related issue as it only occurs in a specific DWG.

are you able to upload the DWG file so I can have a look?

just an update about the issue,

customer replied by mail and explained the issue is not DWG related

it is related to the computer as on one computer it will open the DWG

requested a system information from the customer

One of our users is having the same issue. Can open the drawing in CADworx Plant, but receives the fatal error when attempting to open CADworx Structure.

Other users can open the file just fine with either program. I appreciate any assistance.
